We Remain Open for Business

Date: March 20, 2020

To our valued customers and partners,

Following the announcement of the SAFER AT HOME restrictions on individuals and businesses in California, we want to assure our customers, especially those in the "critical infrastructure" sectors that we service, that we remain open for business.

On March 19 California Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered most Californian workers to stay home except for those in one of the "16 critical infrastructure sectors whose assets, systems, and networks, whether physical or virtual, are considered so vital to the United States that their incapacitation or destruction would have a debilitating effect on security, national economic security, national public health or safety, or any combination thereof."

PTB Sales is proud to directly support dozens of customers in multiple critical infrastructure sectors, including chemical, communications, critical manufacturing, defense, energy, food and agriculture, healthcare and public health, and water and wastewater systems.

We have confirmed that virtually every one of our vendor-partners also remain open for business so we can ensure uninterrupted levels of service.

As we have previously announced, we have increased sanitization of our facility, limited the size of gatherings of employees, practice social distancing, have restricted visits to our facility from non-employees and non-essential contractors.

Rest assured we are committed to providing you superior service and quality while doing our part to protect our employees and customers and help slow the transmission of this new virus.

We thank you for your business and look forward to weathering this storm with you together.

Best regards,

Dean Scarborough
