Used Micromanipulator 6000 Prober
The MM 6000 is compatible with Micromanipulator's extensive line of probes and accessories, as well as other manufacturers' products.
This 6000 has the MicroZoom microscope which combines high magnification of very small geometries and long working distance objectives for ease of probing. For stability the 6000 post provides the rigidity, X-Y translation (1" x 1"), and planar movement required for MicroZoom.
Microscope comes with Bausch & Lomb 2.25x, 8x, 25x objectives, illuminator & controls. B&L U.L.W.D. 50 for an additional $1,000. 20X eyepieces for an additional $225.
P-10 and Micronics positioners are available.
