Pfeiffer Vacuum TCP 015 Turbomolecular Pump Controller

The Electronic Drive Unit TCP 015 serves to drive Pfeiffer turbomolecular pumps with single-phase direct current motors (1,500 Hz). With the aid of a transformer the mains voltage is reduced to 32 V, rectified and provides the drive energy for the Print Module TCP 035 which is an element of the TCP 015. The switchable transformer power pack covers the following input voltage ranges:

  • 90-112 V
  • 108-133 V
  • 198-245 V
  • 216-267 VAC
