Brooks Automation PRI-Equipe AXM-100/200/300/400 Robot Refurbishment - Scope of Work

Refurbishment is recommended for robots over 5 years old.

PTB Sales will perform the following:

1. Incoming Inspection

• Attach Work Order to AXM Robot
• Picture taken of AXM Robot's Configuration/Condition

2. Complete teardown and disassembly

• Replace all wear components such as bearings
• Replace all Timing belts
• Replace vacuum switch and solenoid valves
• Replace A & B flex cables
• Replace wiring through Z-axis tube and arm link wiring.
• Replace vacuum tubing
• Replace servomotors R,T and Z
• Inspect, clean and lubricate ball screw-nut assembly replace as needed

3. Test

• Verify encoder / sensor functions
• Run EQT Diagnostics testing.
• Test function of circuit boards, replace as needed.
• Align all robot axes, verify Z orthogonality
• Set arm COP and retract position
• 48 hour Burn-in test for repeatability

4. Final Quality Control Check List

• Final Test Report attached to Robot
• Replace Service Label
• Protective covers installed on I/I connectors
• Package with accordance with DOT Standards
• Clean & bag for shipment
• Warranty (1 Year)

PTB Sales will perform the following:

1. Incoming Inspection

• Attach Work Order to AXM Robot
• Picture taken of AXM Robot's Configuration/Condition

2. Complete teardown and disassembly

• Replace any wear components such as bearings as needed
• Replace all Timing belts
• Replace vacuum switch and solenoid valves as needed (ATM/ABM)
• Inspect, clean and lubricate ball screw-nut assembly replace as needed

3. Test

• Test servo-motors current and encoder function replace as needed
• Verify encoder / sensor functions
• Run EQT Diagnostics testing.
• Test function of circuit boards and cable/wiring, replace as needed.
• Align all robot axes, verify Z orthogonality
• Set arm COP and retract position
• 48 hour Burn-in test for repeatability

4. Final Quality Control Check List

• Final Test Report attached to Robot
• Replace Service Label
• Protective covers installed on I/I connectors
• Package with accordance with DOT Standards
• Clean & bag for shipment
• Warranty (6 months)
